At Roll-Lux, preparing your order is more than a step β itβs a commitment to quality, speed, and personalized service.
Upon receiving your order, our team immediately begins the preparation process.
During regular periods, orders are prepared within a few hours. In times of high activity, preparation may take up to 24 hours β always with the same attention to detail.
Order Status Updates
Once your order is processed, you will be personally notified:

Whether all items are available,

Or if certain products are temporarily out of stock.
Our objective is to maintain the highest possible service rate β as close to 100% as possible.
For exceptional orders requiring special products, availability may depend on specific suppliers. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and suggest appropriate alternatives whenever possible.
Delivery Coordination
Once your order is fully prepared and payment is confirmed, we immediately arrange for delivery:

Direct delivery for clients located within our standard service area (from Coral Gables to Pompano Beach).

Third-party carrier for deliveries outside our direct delivery zone.
For deliveries requiring a third-party carrier:

Shipping costs will be at the clientβs expense.

A detailed shipping quotation will be provided for approval before payment is finalized.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
